AnswerXchange uses CarrierFleetXchange's Expert Response System (ERS) to answer your fleet-related
questions. When you type a question into the AnswerXchange text box and press the Ask button, ERS
checks our database to see whether the FX community or staff have already found answers
to your question or any similar questions. If so, AnswerXchange displays the questions for which
it knows the answers.
Note As the community grows and more answers are found, CarrierFleetXchange's Expert Response
System will grow smarter and deliver better results with every new question.
If your question is new and ERS does not know the answer, you have the option of sending your
question into the FX community of fleet pros, experts, and suppliers. We'll forward the questions
via email to the people in this community who are most likely to have an answer. Then check your
email for incoming responses. You can also view all of the questions that other CarrierFleetXchange members
have asked as well as the answers they've received.
If ERS does not find any answers or you are not satisfied with the answers it knows, you can forward your
question to selected members of the CarrierFleetXchange community who are most likely to have an answer to your question.
All of your current questions appear on the CarrierFleetXchange website, on the
AnswerXchange - Your Questions and Answers page. You can check your answers from there.
