Your member profile identifies you to other members of the CarrierFleetXchange
community, allows you to communicate with them, and lets you customize
the CarrierFleetXchange site to meet your unique requirements.
To edit your member profile
At the top right of any CarrierFleetXchange page, click
Profile to
access your profile. To edit the information, click the
Edit button in the Basics section of your profile.
Your CarrierFleetXchange Password
Your CarrierFleetXchange password is your key for
entering the CarrierFleetXchange community. It helps keep the personalized
information on your CarrierFleetXchange website confidential. For security
reasons, it may be a good idea to change your password from time to
time.
Note If you check Save password in Cookie on the
login screen, you won't have to provide your password each time you return to the CarrierFleetXchange.
To change your password
On your
public profile page,
select the
Edit button in the Basics section, and follow the instructions at the bottom of the subsequent page.
Forget Your Password?
If you forget your password, you will
not be able to log in to the CarrierFleetXchange site. However, from the
login page, you can send an email to CarrierFleetXchange requesting your password information.
Note If you check Save password in Cookie on the
login screen, you won't have to log back in each time you return to the site.
To request your password information
On the login page, click
Forgot
your password?, and follow the instructions on the Look-up Password screen.
Logging Out
For your protection, CarrierFleetXchange will automatically log you out of the site after 30 minutes of inactivity.
If security is an issue at your location, you may log out any time you're done using CarrierFleetXchange.
To log out of CarrierFleetXchange
At the top right of the page, click the Exit button.
